Cramo Development is a common framework for employee on-boarding, training and skills development across Cramo Group The purpose of Cramo Development is to encourage professional and personal development for all employees throughout their career in Cramo, thereby securing professionalism and efficiency at all levels in the Group.

Cramo Development defines the requisite skills and competences needed for each position and function (key role). Based on these, core training modules and distribution forms, such as on-the-job training routines, e-learning, Cramo School and Cramo Academy (primarily management training) are continuously developed and offered to the companies in the Cramo Group, where the training and development offering is adapted to local needs and routines.
