Cramo acquires MG Rental

MG Rental AB is a Swedish privately owned company in the field of equipment rental and sales of related products. The company, which was founded in 2007, is based in the Stockholm area and operates out of six locations in the region. MG Rental has been led by CEO and founder Mattias Matsson since its beginning.

The acquisition of MG Rental will be Cramo’s third in 2023. The deal strengthens Cramo’s already leading position in the rental industry in the region and is part of the company’s growth strategy. Through the acquisition, Cramo supplements its geographical presence and capabilities in terms of products, expertise and experience.

Commenting on the transaction, CEO Martin Holmgren says: “Boels-Cramo is on a steady growth journey with a strong owner to support it.
