The Cramo Group has been a leading European rental services provider in the construction sector for decades. In early 2020 dutch counterpart Boels Rental had acquired more than 90% of all shares in Cramo and the journey towards a transaction was a fact. Cramo was delisted from the Helsinki stock exchange by June 2020. The company and brand of Cramo now remain in the northern european markets of Norway, Sweden, Finland, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.

The Cramo network of 200 depots provides a wide variety of product and rental offerings according to local demand. With a total number of equipment over 200,000 and over 100,000 customers, Cramo serves construction companies, manufacturing industry, the public sector and private customers.
