Rakennusmestarien säätiö,  OP-Finland Value Fund and Ilmarinen Mutual Pension Insurance Company are the largest shareholders in the Company. Cramo’s shareholder list is based on the information by Euroclear Finland Ltd. When is the dividend paid out?
The payout date varies from year to year. The Annual General Meeting (28 March 2018) approved the Board of Directors’ proposal to pay a dividend of EUR 0.85 per share for the financial year 1 January – 31 December 2017. The dividend will be paid on 10th April 2018.

Cramo’s target is to follow stable profit distribution policy and to pay approximately 40% of earnings per share (EPS) as dividends.
