The first time Lotta came in touch with Cramo, she was a customer. Today, she is a project manager for industrial customers.
Starting off working for one of Cramo’s depots, Lotta is today responsible for the financial viability of projects and the coordination of sales and operational activities where she keeps in touch with clients as well as internal and external stakeholders.
Lotta’s typical day involves working closely with her team, solving clients problems and needs, and helping them move forward in their work. “Starting the morning with my team over a coffee going through the day’s work tasks clearly improves the work atmosphere and makes the work day clear to everyone. My job is to make sure my team is best equipped to do the day’s work”, says Lotta.
Within the project team, she is supported by project engineer and the operational team on site along with another project manager on the industrial sales team, who has solid experience in large international projects.
