The first time Lotta came in touch with Cramo, she was a customer. Today, she is part of the engaged team in our depot in Kotka, located in the south of Finland.

Most mornings, she has a quick chat and a coffee together with her team mates when she arrive at work, which she really appreciates. Being part of a smaller sized depot – Lotta and her two colleagues – it is important to have a good team spirit and team up around tasks.

As a Depot Worker, Lotta meets customers, sets up rental contracts, does service jobs and inspects tools that have been rented out and have come back in. It’s a versatile job where you meet a lot of customers with different needs. For example, Lotta is supporting a customer with the right equipment when on the building site for the new hospital in Kotka.

Lotta finished high school in 2012 after studying welding and metal work. Prior to Cramo, she worked for a pump company with service and testing. She didn’t know much about Cramo when she sent in her application, except that she had been using Cramo tools in her job. After three years in the industry, she knows that Cramo is the right company for her.

It’s a great place to work! Cramo is a big company in Finland, but we are more like friends. Even if you call someone in Lapland that you have never met, they are friendly. We want the same things.

The Cramo people work towards the same goals – always with the customer at heart. And who knows? Today’s customer can just as well be Cramo’s next employee.
