The Panevevzys office in Lithuania is an important hub for Cramo’s global rental fleet.

Tomas makes sure that the Lithuanian equipment fleet is continuously renewed and updated. Always keeping an ear to the ground, he works closely with the customers, striving to meet their needs.

It is a very varied and interesting job. Even though I have worked for Cramo for ten years now, I must be on my toes as I keep learning new things every day. The variation is one of the best things about my job.

Thomas is 37 years old and has a higher education in Mechanical Engineering. Before Cramo he worked for a TV manufacturer. He thinks his background suits his current job perfectly.

One bonus with working at the Panevevzys office, is that work is mixed up with a little bit of play.

I would describe my colleagues as a friendly bunch. I have many good friends at work and it is a really good atmosphere. Even though we take our job seriously, we always have fun together.

Since the work conditions at Cramo are so good, Tomas can see himself staying with the company for another ten years.
