Two new acquisitions in Boels-Cramo Group

Cramo acquires Swedish KraftX AB and Boels expands the lighting tower offering in the UK with the acquisition of Illumin8

Cramo has acquired KraftX AB, a privately owned rental company in Sweden specializing in power plants and backup power for industry, the construction and infrastructure industry as well as power distribution. KraftX operates nine branches and serves customers all over Sweden.

Through the acquisition of KraftX, Cramo’s capabilities are bolstered in terms of both products and expertise in an area of activity that is becoming increasingly important for the company.

The operations within KraftX will remain unchanged, except for the addition of Marcus Sarstedt as the new manager, who previously served as District Manager at Cramo.

Boels acquires Illumin8 and expands the lighting tower offering in the UK
